Eagle Trust AI respects your privacy. We collect information needed to provide our services, such as account details, business information, generated marketing content, connected platform status, and technical usage information.

If you connect social media accounts, authentication tokens are stored securely server-side and are not publicly displayed. We do not sell personal information.

We use collected information to provide, improve, protect, and operate Eagle Trust AI services.

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, AI generation, authentication, and related business operations.

Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. Eagle Trust AI does not automatically publish content without user approval.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

YouTube API Services

Eagle Trust AI uses YouTube API Services to allow users to connect their YouTube channels and publish user-approved video content through Eagle Trust AI Growth OS.

When you connect a YouTube account, Eagle Trust AI may access, process, and store information authorized through Google OAuth. Depending on the permissions granted and the features used, this information may include:

• Your YouTube channel ID and channel name;
• Google OAuth access and refresh tokens;
• Video titles, descriptions, tags, privacy settings, and other publishing information selected by you;
• YouTube video IDs, links, upload status, publishing status, and API error information; and
• Other YouTube account or channel information necessary to provide the requested publishing features.

We use this information only to connect your selected YouTube channel, upload videos at your direction, apply the title, description, and privacy settings you approve, display publishing results, maintain the connection, troubleshoot errors, and protect the security of the service.

Eagle Trust AI does not publish videos to YouTube without user authorization. Users retain final control over the video, channel, title, description, visibility setting, and publishing action.

YouTube-related information is shared with Google and YouTube only as necessary to perform the actions requested by the user. We may also use service providers that support our hosting, database, authentication, security, and application operations. We do not sell YouTube user data or use it for third-party advertising.

Authentication tokens are stored securely on the server and are not publicly displayed. Access is limited to systems and service providers that require it to operate the requested features.

We retain YouTube authorization tokens only while the account remains connected or for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the authorized service. Other stored YouTube API data is deleted or refreshed in accordance with YouTube API Services policies. When a user requests deletion of their stored YouTube data or deletes their Eagle Trust AI account, we will delete the applicable stored YouTube user data as soon as reasonably possible and within seven calendar days. Deleting data from Eagle Trust AI does not automatically delete videos or other information stored directly on YouTube.

Users may disconnect their YouTube account through Eagle Trust AI where that option is available. Users may also revoke Eagle Trust AI’s access through their Google Account security settings.

Eagle Trust AI’s use of information received from YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
