By using Eagle Trust AI, you agree to use the platform only for lawful business and marketing purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or used publicly.

Eagle Trust AI does not guarantee specific leads, sales, revenue, platform performance, social media reach, or advertising results.

You agree not to use Eagle Trust AI to create misleading, harmful, unlawful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Connected social media accounts may be used only with proper authorization from the account owner. Public posting requires user approval.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

YouTube Services

Eagle Trust AI Growth OS may allow users to connect a YouTube account and use YouTube API Services to publish content to an authorized YouTube channel.

By using Eagle Trust AI’s YouTube-related features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to publish all videos, music, images, trademarks, descriptions, and other materials submitted through Eagle Trust AI. You are also responsible for reviewing and approving the video, title, description, channel, and visibility setting before publishing.

Eagle Trust AI will not intentionally publish content to a YouTube channel without authorization from the connected account user. You may revoke Eagle Trust AI’s access to your Google or YouTube account through your Google Account security settings.
